Why is my language switcher not functioning properly?

Hello community,

My Language Switcher is not Working properly, from the very beginning. I have translated the Craft theme to Serbian (using Translation Lab - AI Translate app, with manual option) but the English option is always disabled (I have published the English language).

I checked the screenshot and it is Shopify notification, only showing when you already have access to the store. So when customers visit your site it won't show with this notification, so this is not store-related. You can check it with incognito tab.

you are right, the switcher doesn't appear in incognito mode. But the question is, how can I fix this issue so I would be able, as a store owner, to switch the languages? Also, is this language switcher used to show the store in different languages? (if yes is it minded to be a feature used only by the back office/admin part?)
