Why is my Manage Payments button disabled?

Hi all,

We are setting up a new site and want to execute a test transaction. I'm trying to go into test mode, but the Manage button in the payments section is disabled.

Any advise is most welcome.

I'm having the same issue however I can't find a solution in these resources. They just say to click the Manage button however the manage button is disabled.

Can anyone help with this?
