I'm using Capital Theme and suddenly today the products order on all collections and pages suddenly got messed up. I'm using (manual sorting) on all collections which is showing correctly on the admin backend. But on the actual store it just shows some random sorting.

Same issue is showing on iPhone/desktop.

Unless there's some pattern or error showing this can be next to impossible to diagnose as someone needs access to frontend and admin and spend time poking through things.
Check https://www.shopifystatus.com just in case.
No obvious console errors in chrome-devtools for /collections/bracelets
This can just be your cache clearing, or being stuck, and it's always been this way you were just in a cache bubble with the sort set to manual on the frontend. And recently the cache cleared, your cookies were reset, etc etc.
Try and correlate to any other store events:
If you recently customized/updated the theme check for any relevant settings.
Try an old backup of the theme, try a fresh install of the theme.
Disable any recently installed apps.
Etc.
When I flip the sorting to this url see the screenshot of the first couple of products, chrome-browser latest version desktop Windows10.
/collections/bracelets?sort_by=manual

If the product order on your Capital Theme in Shopify suddenly got messed up, even though you are using manual sorting, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Clear cache: Clear the cache in your browser and any caching apps you may have installed on your Shopify store. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the correct display of product sorting.
Re-save the collection settings: Go to the affected collection(s) in your Shopify admin panel and re-save the collection settings. This action can refresh the collection and update the product order on the frontend.
Check for app conflicts: Disable any third-party apps that might be affecting the product sorting. Temporarily deactivate apps one by one and check if the product order returns to the desired manual sorting. If you identify an app causing conflicts, reach out to the app developer for assistance.

how do you disable app without uninstalling them?
Some apps dashboard settings have a setting to disable them, for theme apps some have a setting to not run for specific themes, etc.
If you don't see such an option then it means you have to uninstall the app.

Still not working the manual sort. It says it moved the product, but it does not. No idea why. It worked month for me! But now (since today) not any more. Tried it on different computers and browsers. Did not install anything on shopify. Great disadvantage this! I cannot make my shop as i want and losing orders by this! How can i solve this? This problem is not Solved!!!
Hi, @Helew. You can find more information about managing the sort order of your products here. If you're having trouble with this it's best to speak with our support team through the Help Center here as we would need to see more information from your account in order to assist. If you've identified your theme as the cause of this, you'll want to speak to your theme developer directly, or Shopify if the theme you're using is developed by Shopify. -Erin
