I’m having a problem with my new domain I bought with Shopify for my new store. I have waited a while, but nothing has changed. I’ve researched the problem and the only thing I changed in the DNS settings was the Shopify ip address at the end from .70 to .65. But it still says SSL pending. Someone please help and here is the url.

Verify your SSL settings with Shopify
Contact Shopify Support if it persists.

Hi Emily, thank you for your help. This is my first store so it doesn’t look that great. I’m trying dropshipping and I’m selling men’s clothing. The problem is that my store looks like the first image which is normal, but when I view it or look it up on another device it looks like the second image which looks all glitchy and weird. Thanks again for the help.

I checked your domain using whatsmydns.net, and it appears to be missing the CNAME record for Shopify. If you purchased this domain from a third-party registrar, please ensure that you have the correct DNS settings by following this guide: Connect your third-party domain to Shopify manually.

Thanks Sophia. I have double checked that my DNS is configured as described in Shopify guide. Also checked that the www. subdomain does has CNAME: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/www.orcabrick.com
With some research, I believe no CNAME should point to root domain, e.g: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/shopify.com
Can you please help me having another look at why the SSL could be pending?

Thanks for checking! On my end it is showing similar to JoshMoore's screenshot above - I think it is only loading some of the basic components (that is, if I can get it to load with the security flags). See screenshot below. The "www.dontropico.com" doesn't load at all.
We are pre-launch, but Don Tropico will sell nautical/tiki home decor that we create and curate.

I am experiencing the same issue with "SSL Pending" and inscrutable hieroglyphics on the main page. The SSL message has been up for more than 48 hours now. The urrl is dahliadoctor.com. Any suggestions? Thank you (P.S. I have screenshots to share but only allowable formats are mp4 and csv. Whassup with that?)
Looks to be a bit of a recurring theme. My site also has SSL Pending and has been for over 48 hours. I did some searching in the Shopify help. I attempted to add a couple of CAA DNS records to allow the Cert issuer authority to grant the certificate, but this hasn't solved the issue.
Will you please provide guidance on next steps?
