Why is my newly registered Shopify account inactive?

Hello,

 

I’ve just registered an account 1 day ago, i’ve subscribed for the basic plan, but after the payment the account is not working anymore (inactive).

I’ve tried to reach you out 2 times via chat and I’ve got the same response.. someone will contact me shortly via email but my inbox is empty.

I want to know if shopify suits my needs or not, but i’ve already ran into an issue that blocked my access at the first glance. This won’t be a problem if the downtime is not that long and i’m trying to figure out how can I speed up this process in case i’m on a production situation.
