Why is my newsletter sign up form on Sense theme not functioning properly?

Theme: Sense

At the bottom of the page there's a newsletter sign up form, however I'm unable to successfully enter my email address (though I was previously able to when this page was designed in a different way). I'm synced with Mailchimp and I get so far as to do the Recaptcha, but then I'm rerouted back to the original page with my email still populating the form box (screenshot below).

The URL then becomes: https://livewithjuj.com/pages/landing-page?contact%5Btags%5D=newsletter&form_type=customer 

What am I missing? Thank you!
