Why is my online store currently unavailable after purchasing a plan?

My store is currently unavailable after I hit purchase on one of the plans...I've looked through countless of these forums and when in the support page only to be taken through a loop with no real way to talk to a real person. Can I get a real solution to this on how I can get my store back that I just opened???

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your store. To get more information, you will need to contact us via the Help Center. You mentioned that you were taken through a loop when trying to get in touch with us, and that's definitely not how the experience should be. I would ask that you follow the steps below, and if you aren't able to get in touch, I'll provide some troubleshooting steps below as well. 

 

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
  3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options

 

If you find yourself stuck in a loop and unable to access the support options, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies (for all time) and/or using an incognito window to access the Help Center.
