My payment for monthly bill had a decline access, and I re-entered the same card information. Upon hitting the submit button, Shopify have blocked my Account.
Please I need urgent support.

We aren't able to see any of your account or billing information here over the Shopify Community, but I want to make sure you get help with this. Please reach out to our support team on this page so that we can review this with you in more detail. If you're unable to log in to your account on that page, you can click the "Can't log in to your Shopify account" > "I still can't access my account" options to continue to the available support options. We can continue helping you there.
I also recommend checking your emails for any emails from Shopify about your account. Typically if there is an issue with your account we would email you with more context and/or any next steps to resolve the issue.
