Why is my online store inactive after the trial period?

Hello, Ive recently made a Shopify store, started selling products for a few days. I thought I paid for the plan but I haven't seen any charges yet for it... either way now my store is "inactive" and it won't let me log in to pay for the new plan. I'm worried because I've collected payments on this store and now all of a sudden I don't have access to it. I need this resolved ASAP to at least get access to my funds from my sales. if you can help me access my store and set up a plan that is all I need! thanks!

Try checking your account owner email address including any spam folders to see if you have already been contacted.
