Hi,
I am having some challenges figuring out as to why the order was automatically marked as send? The order is confirmed then immediately send.
I have contacted with Shopify Support and They said we have limited resources and knowledge on how to go about it as well. They also indicate that we also have little knowledge about API as it is not something that we support as Support Advisors.
Is there anything you can do here?
It is the same when the gift card sent, the order is being automatically archived.
Any advice or help maybe you can give me for this automatic status changes.

Yes, my products are physical products.
