Why is my payment account on hold and how can I expedite the review process?

My shopify payments is on hold.  I am not sure if there is something that I need to do to speed this along or if this is a standard review.  I had an inactive store for quite a while and I am now just trying to get my store up and running properly.  If someone knows about how long this review will take please let me know if you can.  Thank you very much ahead of time for help in this matter.  Sincerly,  Keith26

Could you advise if you see any banners present within your Shopify admin? If so, I recommend following the instructions displayed within the banner.

If you're not able to see a banner within the admin, could you check the account-owner email for any correspondence from the Shopify team? If you're unable to locate an email within your inbox, the next best steps are to reach out via the Shopify Help Center to create a support request. Our team will be able to take a closer look at your account to offer you the proper next steps.
