I need your help. I was searching for answer on the internet, but I did not find anything. Our eshop Esypock is under review and we do not know, what to do. There is no email from shopify and I think everything we have is done. Thank you so much for responding, Simon.
Am so sorry about that it must be frustrating try contacting Shopify to know whey your payment account is on hold and also you can use alternative payment methods for now so your business won't be on hold of you need help with creating or integrating it I can assist you with that.
But make sure you contact Shopify to know the reasons for it.
