Why is my product grid only showing two items per row?

Hello,

Please refer to below video and see that why only 2 product is showing after changing the setting on theme by 4 products per row and so, it's still showing only two products in a row

Looks like you are zooming the screen so the screen is getting the tablet screen size: https://prnt.sc/mw9EgbyiQS94

Please reset it to 100%.
It is showing 4 products per row on my end : https://prnt.sc/XRtvtpcDTFrk
