Why is my Shopify app development command not updating immediately?

Hi,

I'm learning to develop shopify theme app extensions. I'm running the app using command below

shopify app dev

But it seems that website is either showing my changes after 30-60s or sometimes I even need to manually re-run command above. Any suggestions what could be wrong? There are no errors in console and it says that changes were pushed to respective .liquid files

I also tried clearing browser cache.
