Facing same issue from last 12 hours now! Works perfectly on phone!
I can get in if I use an incognito browsing window on google, but having the same problem.
Exactly the same thing is happening for me. Very frustrating.
I am really frusturated too, getting the CS error on laptop even shopify app works fine.

Mine as well! But i tried log in with incognito window and it worked fine.

Hey people! is happening to me too. I think is some problem with Chrome only, I tried in Safari and works normally, hope its helps!
I had/have the same issue (on Safari) and I found a way -
Instead of going to shopify.com to log in, just go to admin.shopify.com and it should let you access.
I hope this helps everyone with the problem.
Be sure to try in a different browser, or device, and or clear the browser cache.
If your using extensions disable them also while testing.
Also check https://www.shopifystatus.com/ for any general platform issues.
