Why is my Shopify conversion rate discrepancy puzzling?

Hello,

There is something I do not understand with the conversion rate KPI on shopify.

According to the dashboard "statistics": I got this month a Conversion rate from 1,83% (poor) with 72 "successful visits" (sorry I use it in german).

Wenn I look at "home", I see 157 orders for 3.700 visitors, which makes a CR of 4,25% (strong!). 

Where is the difference coming from? What is the "right KPI"?
