Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments.
What is the problem and how can I resolve it? I haven't received an email telling me there is an issue.

I understand you're unable to accept payments due to your Shopify Payments account being on hold.
I would like to advise that merchants who use the Shopify platform may undergo a routine review for their Shopify Payments. We understand how important this is in resolving this and lifting the hold. If you haven't received any email correspondence from our team regarding the hold, I encourage you to create a support ticket through the Shopify Help Center.
To access the help center, log into your store, select a topic from the ones provided and on the following page, scroll down to our Get Support section to view our available contact options.
