Why is my site speed score only 28 out of 100?

My site is showing a score of 28 out of 100.  Can anyone tell me what all this means?

I think the red parts are the main reasons that slow your site down. Try to fix that first. 

Especially, try to fix the third-party code problem first. You can use a third-party to check that for you. There are many free apps on the app store.
