Hi there, @kreativekart.

I can definitely understand how important it is to have a fully functioning domain and SSL for your store. I am hoping to gather some more context from you to see what next steps need to be taken.

Is this domain purchased via Shopify, or is it through a third-party host like GoDaddy for example? If this is a third-party domain - have you applied the DNS settings correctly? As a reminder, this is exactly how your DNS settings should appear in order to "point" them at your store:

  • On your domain provider’s website, log in to your account.
  • Find the DNS settings or domain management area.
  • Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
  • If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
  • Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.

Once these settings have been applied correctly, it should take around 48 hours for the SSL badge to apply. The fact it currently is at 120 hours suggests that some of these settings may currently be incorrect, or there may be another issue going on. I trust this helps and I look forward to hearing back from you soon!

In this case, I would advise reaching out to our live support team in case an SSL needs to be manually applied. They may advise you to reach out to Hostinger as well for their help with this. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here.  Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent.

Is your store at the point of getting ready to launch? If so, congrats! How exciting for you. My favorite resource for a store in its first 30 days is this blog post: How To Make Your First Ecommerce Sales Fast (Tutorial 2023). Following the steps outlined here will leave you in an excellent position for a truly successful first 30 days. I trust this helps!
