Why is my SSL still pending after 4 days on Shopify?

I have been trying to get help with my SSL that has been pending for over 4 days. I tried to go to Shopify health Center live chat and it will not allow me to load the next page. It says too many request has been sent. I have tried this on my iPad and iPhone and the live chat will not load anywhere. This is very unfortunate because I pay extra for the Shopify support plan. I need help with my SSL. It has been over 72 hours and it’s still pending after I have paid.

Could you please check if your DNS setting and domain setup is as per Shopify standards and steps?
