My store is sending out a very old email notification template for order confirmations that I no longer seem to have access to through the new dashboard. When I go to settings>notifications>order confirmation to try and preview/edit the email that gets sent out, it all looks fine with the new version of their default template. However, when a customer places an actual order (or I create a test order) it sends the old text instead of the updated version of the notification email.
Support said it was due to some app sending out the old version of the app, but I have disconnected all the apps they suggested might be problematic and still having the same issue. Tech support is looking into this further, but wondering if anyone has a fix?
