Why is my store unavailable after payment setup?

Hey shopify 

as i was setting up my shopify store i came to pay the 1$ for 3 motnhs of shopify deal but right as i did that i didnt get chraged and the store admin and store says its unavailable please contact support 

I really need help asap

The first thing I would advise in this situation is that you check in your account owner email to see if you have already been contacted by our team about the status of your store.

Be sure to also check in any 'spam' or other folders in case the email contact has been filtered there.
