Hi guys, I am unable to make the Shopify Theme Inspector work on my site. I've deleted my internet cache, I've signed on but somehow it keeps asking me for my credentials after clicking on the reload button. I've also tried using the extension using a private window but with no luck. My site is public, I'm using the Craft theme and I use a custom domain. I've also tried using the extension when I had a shopify domain and when the site was private but with no luck.
I get the following error when I click on the reload button : This page cannot be profiled.
I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome. Version 106.0.5249.119 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello @lapinbleu007,
You can check it by removing the extension and then adding it. If still it is not working then you can raise the issue on their GitHub repository:-

Hi, The Shopify theme inspector integrates itself inside of the browser developer tools. There are 2 pre-requisites to run profiling with it:
1. A Shopify partners collaborator account to run the profile. Or a login as the store owner
2. Must be a live store, development stores are not supported.
Once installed you will need to right click your page and select inspect element, the Shopify tab will appear in the new pane that appears. Select this and refresh the profile via clicking the refresh icon in the top left.
If you require assistance with this, our team of dedicated Shopify experts can take of it for you. Just send us a dm!

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. It worked after I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I'm not sure why that made it work but it seems to be fine now. Thanks again.
