Why is my transferred domain not working consistently on different providers?

Well I transferred my domain to shopify, in which I configured it by namecheap. 

as you can see when I try to access https://www.makerlab-electronics.com in other provider it works but in some provider it doesn't works. Also, there is a time that https is not working instead http is working
