When I navigate to your online store using the URL that you have provided, I am able to successfully view the online store. I took a screenshot to show you what I can see from my side:
With that being said, could you attempt to clear the cache on your browser and try to load into your online storefront? In some cases, clearing the cache on your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. If the issue persists, I would suggest attempting this action on a separate browser. As for example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
Let me know if that does the trick.

my url is animalisticvisions.com. it is loading now, but i am still unsure what happened in the first place cause there were no errors
