Why is my website account showing as inactive?

I am unable to view my website. Whenever I log in it says the account is inactive and to contact support. I have tried contacting support twice and was promised the team will reach out with a solution. I have a very important date I must stick to with my business and this is causing issues. The website was active yesterday, I went to try to make a payment on the account then it changed to inactive.

Certainly, I understand that it is not ideal to be unable to access your Shopify account. Nevertheless, I will make every effort to guide you through the necessary actions to take.

 

Through our community forum, we are unable to authenticate accounts or access account-specific data such as support tickets, admin information etc. It looks as though you've already taken the required steps to create a support ticket with our internal team.

It is likely the specialized team is still actively reviewing your ticket. If further information is required, our internal team will be corresponding with you via email.
