My site's going through some issues all of a sudden - the navigation menu is unresponsive almost all the time, and in most cases the site pages fail to fully load. I'm not sure if this is an issue with a recent site-wide system error or problems with my code. Any help to figure this out would be much appreciated.
the site is:
We're having the exact same issue. It's incredibly frustrating.
I was considering trying to roll back to an older theme, but all I did since last Friday when it was still fully functional was uninstall an unused app.

I checked Shopify Status and some functions were down for a few hours. It says all systems are fine but problems are still persisting.
Yea, when I was able to speak with support they suggested I uninstall an app that's been on there for almost a year now. I had to restart the computer so I lost my chat. Now the mobile version works but I still can't get the desktop version to load and I'm having zero luck getting in touch with support.
So, I reverted a few random json and liquid files in the theme code to older versions and now my site seems to be working. There's a few older elements I have to change again but other than that everything seems to be fine.
That's one potential solution. Big disclaimer - nowhere did the Shopify code editor state that there were any errors listed in case that might help you. It didn't say anything was wrong even with the site pretty much being down.
Which app? We are experiencing this same issue all of a sudden. We have lots of apps installed.

I used this website to gauge issues with my site, and there were a couple of statuses that were listed as 'degraded'. I don't think my site issues had anything to do with apps.
