Why is my website loading slowly despite deleting apps?

For the last few days, my website has become very slow, it was normal before.
I didn't add any apps, I even deleted a few apps.
But when I click on the product collection, it loads slowly but occasionally quickly.
Can someone help me with this problem? Is there something wrong with my template?
Do I need to change the template?
