Why is my website's custom page content not displaying?

Good day,

I have created custom pages for my website (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy etc).
Everything was working perfectly, all the content appeared as expected when directed to the page.

Now I have come across a problem as none of the content appears to show up.
I am re-directed to the correct URL, but only things like the Footer and Header are visible.

Just to give you an idea, this is the Terms and Conditions page setup:

If I press "View Page" this appears:

BraydonBudde_1-1708790359917.png

Basically it's the header, the subscribe form which is located on almost all pages and the Footer.

Website Address:
bohobabemockups.com

Password:
gowlai

Test Steps:
1. Navigate to bohobabemockups.com
2. Enter store password: gowlai
3. Scroll down to footer menu
4. Select "Terms and Conditions" for example
5. Observe missing content

Please Note:
1. Only Pages I created stopped working, all other pages work as expected (example collection page).
2. I've cleared my cache and cookies and the issue still persists.
3. I've added custom Liquid code for the searchbar, but I reverted it all back to original & issue still occured.
4. Any new pages I add also don't show content.
5. I only have Shopify apps installed, no 3rd party apps

Hi @BraydonBudde ,
This is Theodore from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

Your custom pages have content missing while headers and footers appear.

1. Check:
- Content Editor: ensure it's not deleted or hidden.
- Template: verify the correct template is assigned to the page.
- Code (if applicable): look for errors in custom code, consider reverting changes.

2. Clear cache:
- Clear both browser cache and potentially server cache if you have access.

3. Check for plugin conflicts (if applicable):
- Deactivate plugins one by one to see if the issue persists.

4. Seek platform-specific support:
- Look for documentation or support forums specific to your platform.

5. Avoid sharing sensitive information publicly.

6. Consider seeking professional help:
- If you're not comfortable troubleshooting, a web developer or support team can assist.

Hi @PageFly-Theodor,

Thank you for the reply, can I ask if you tried to replicate the issue?
It seems that most of your suggestions were mentioned in my report.

Check:
- Content Editor: ensure it's not deleted or hidden.
(I can confirm that it is visible)

- Template: verify the correct template is assigned to the page.
(I mentioned that I was directed to the correct URL)

- Code (if applicable): look for errors in custom code, consider reverting changes.
(I mentioned that "I've added custom Liquid code for the searchbar, but I reverted it all back to original & issue still occured")

- Clear cache
(I mentioned  "I've cleared my cache and cookies and the issue still persists")

- Check for plugin conflicts (if applicable):
   (I mentioned this too...)

My issue still occurs and I'm really not sure why, even my blog posts appear...
is there anyone from shopify that's available to try resolve this issue?

My website is due to go live on March 1st and I have around 20,000 exisiting customers that will be informed when it does.
So it would be great if it were to function correctly.

Thanks
