Why is my website's SSL still pending after transfer?

hello, i just decided to transfer my website here but it still says ssl pending,

It can take some time for this to come through, up to 48 hrs. Your best bet is to contact our support team directly and one of our advisors can double check this for you and issue the SSL certificate again in case it's not working. We can't look into account specifics via the Community so this would be the next step.

Well they told me to contact cloudflare nobody replied in 4 days. I guess gonna continue with my old website because it is inactive for 1 week. Im like a ball one passes other. Talk with them yourselves there are lots of problem like mine. Im waiting to pay money to you guys and you want to me to solve the problem myself. I dont even understand the problem here!
