All of a sudden I am getting a “server not found” when my clients are trying to access my website. 4 people so far have had this issue in the last 24 hours so I decided to check it myself and it is still saying server not found. My website is https://beaddictedbags.com

im not sure what caused this change over night, but I haven’t been able to figure out a fix.

Hi @Beaddictedbags

Thank you for the screenshot and the link to your store. I am also seeing that the website URL is not loading at this time. When I checked the settings for the domain it looks like none of the DNS information is populating. This means that the domain is not pointing anywhere right now. I am not sure what caused this change to happen, but these are the steps to resolve it.

You will need to sign into your domain host and ensure your DNS information is set up and correct and contact their support for further troubleshooting. Here are the DNS setup instructions:

Connect your third-party domain to Shopify manually · Shopify Help Center

  • the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65
  • the www CNAME record shops.myshopify.com

You can have only one A record and one www CNAME record associated with your domain. If your domain already has an A record or www CNAME record, then you need to change these records to point to Shopify. You can have multiple CNAME records associated with your domain, but each one must have a unique name, such as www or shop.

If this domain is hosted on Shopify directly, please reach out to our live support channels for additional troubleshooting. To access our live support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Next, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue and at the bottom of the help articles provided will be all available live support options.
