My customers are unable to access my website. When I try to access it I keep getting “this connection is not private” as per screen shot.
this is frustrating as it keeps intermittently happening.
can someone please advise how to fix this error?
As I am losing a huge amount of sales with this continually happening.
Hello Chloecartwright, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. This warning usually happens when there is a misconfiguration with your SSL certificate. Have you recently setup your shop, purchased the domain, transferred the domain, or even edited the domain DNS settings?
I have done a check on your domain and it looks like your SSL is good and I am able to view your site without any warnings or issues.

This could be a local problem due to something that changed on your network. I would try opening and incognito window. If you are using your phone, try switching to Phone data if you are on Wifi, or if you are on phone data switch to wifi and see if that helps.
But from my end, everything is secure and good to go!

yes it worked for me when I went from wifi to mobile data but I’m loosing customers with it not working all the time. Is there another fix as this is urgent?

What does it say if you click show details"?
So the one thing I am noticing is that both devices are connected to the same network which makes me believe this is going to be a "local network" thing. Are you sure you are getting customers that are having the same issue? But it looks like the domain is being hosted by Shopify? If that is so I would try to reach out directly to their support team to have them inv
