Why is my website theme distorting image orientation?

Hello! 

I am having trouble with my "image with text" section on my new website theme. I had a picture in landscape mode and the whole image was completely shown. Then I check back later after touching the settings within the theme a little, and the image is shown as if zoomed in and in portrait mode. I cannot fix it back to what it looked like and it's driving me nuts.
