Why is only the first product variant being added to cart?

Hello,

 

We have had the store for 3 years. Nothing has been changed by us in the last few days however today I was made aware of an issue where only the first option in product variants is being added to cart, regardless of which option the customer selects.

The issue has arisen sometime between Friday and Today.

 

I am not familiar with code, however inspecting the issues on Chrome, I can see an error stating "the labels FOR element doesn't match any element ID. The 3 resources are the 3 variant labels so I assume this is relevant?

 

Below is a link to one of our products though all products with variants are being affected.

I am able to successfully add different variants with different options to the cart for the linked product, see embedded screenshot.

Chrome latest version, windows desktop.

 

No sign of any errors about FOR attributes associated labels.

Generally a label missing that doesn't keep a form from working properly.

 

Without being able to reliably reproduce the problem it will be hard to find the issue.
