Why is Shopify Automatically giving discounts to customers checking out through ShopPay

Hello! Can someone assist me with understanding why is Shopify automatically giving discounts on my store products when a customer checkout with shoppay? How can I change this? It's allowing customers to receive a discount through shoppay and allows them to apply our discount codes on top of that. Please see image to reference what I'm saying is happening
