Why is Shopify not tracking visitor sessions?

Hi,

I am having an issue since a week now with the Shopify visitor session: All the visitors are suddenly not counted anymore on the dashboard (neither on live)
We have been from 650 visitors/day to suddenly less than 50 visitors/day on the Shopify dashboard.

If my solution works for you then please like and accept the solution.
