Why is the SENSE theme international section error persisting?

So i was editing my International section of SENSE theme and after tried to edit or remove anything this error is coming - 

• sections: must have a maximum of 25

like I even tried to remove the section the error is still coming and yes I have tried to clear cache and nothing worked
