Why is there an error in my shopping cart page?

HI Technical team, 

I have 2 issues with my shopping cart.

1. When I select the under the theme setting " cart page", I choose "Drawer" which is I want it. But if you see below that I have circle, I want this to move to my shopping cart instead to checkout. So that my customer can view the overall items that they have choose. Can you help on this matter?

2. Next is when I select my shopping cart page, there is an error message show under the subtotal. Can you help with this?
