Hi everyone,
On our checkout page, the express payment options (i.e. Shop Pay, PayPal) appear clearly at the top, but then the only indication you can pay by CREDIT/DEBIT card is a line of text, not very clear for customers. No card logos etc?
Specifically KLARNA option does not show up at all until the second page after selecting shipping. Is there a reason for this?
We'd like it to be clearer to customers what all of the options are.

Hi @BIJOUJ
Thank you for the screenshot! I can definitely understand wanting to promote Klarna as a payment option for your customers. Since Klarna is not an accelerated payment option it shows along with all other gateways you have on the payment section of the checkout. There are a few things you can do to better promote Klarna though:
Underneath the express checkout options there is a subtitle that says "OR pay by CREDIT/DEBIT card", you should be able to alter the messaging here to promote customer to look for Klarna or other payment options that you offer.
You can change that messaging by signing into your admin and then going to Online Store > Themes, click the 3 dots menu next to the theme file you wish to alter and then select "Edit default theme content" from the menu. Search for the same line as highlighted in the screenshot and you should be able to update that messaging to promote Klarna.
