Why isn't lazy load functioning on mobile for my biking website?

Hey there! This is the website at question - https://bikeracklight.com/

We are using the Theme - Launch from Pixel Union, which has Lazy Loading functionalities built right into it.

We've ran into an issue where the Lazy Load functions are working perfectly fine when it comes to Desktop, achieving a speed score of 88+. It runs into an issue for some reason on Mobile, only achieving a page speed score of under 25. 

I'm unsure of why this is and how to go about fixing it. If anyone could provide any information or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated! **Note, I've uploaded our theme files in case anyone wanted to dig into the files themself.
