Why isn't my abandoned cart updating on my ecommerce site?

Hello!

My Shopify is not updating the abandoned carts and that's harming my business.

 

I have just tested reaching checkout and going through all steps until inserting payment details and my abandoned cart does not appear on the records.

 

Can someone help me?

2. Check the abandoned cart recovery settings: Review your store's abandoned cart recovery settings and make sure that they are enabled. Go to your Shopify dashboard, click on "Settings" and then click on "Checkout." Scroll down to the "Abandoned checkouts" section, and ensure that the "Automatically send abandoned checkout emails" box is checked.

 

3. Contact Shopify support: If the above steps don't work, you can contact Shopify support for assistance. They should be able to help you diagnose and fix the issue.

I am Go To Setting and go To Checkout and scroll down but not show anbandoned checkout

Please help me
