Why isn't my Facebook audience populating on my pixel-based Shopify site?

I have A shopify based site and store and My pixel based audiences on facebook wont populate. 

I installed the facebook & instagram  app and creates a pixel from shopify and connected it.

I also created A pixel on my meta business manager and manually instelled it on the website with GTM.

Both pixel get all events on the event manager and shows the website with pixel helper but all the audiences shows - "size not available".

How can I fix it?
