Hi I have followed your instructions and it leading me to dead end. I just don't understand why someone can't call me. Please, this is so unfair and ridiculous.  Directing me to something that isn't working or solving my issue is crazy. I am telling you I need someone to help me solve this issue. I don't want to keep sending messages and not getting true help. Please don't refer me to another page that's not helping me. I need to speak with a human being.

My products aren’t showing in fact, complete collections are not showing up in store.
Whenever I import an item a small clock shows on the product page and I have schedule a time???
That has never ever happened before. It’s ridiculous. I just paid $348 for my subscription. This is not fair.
I just wish someone could call me so I can better explain and you can go into my store (back end) and see what the problem is.
