Why isn't my Palo Alto 4.4.1 theme video loading?

Hello, 

I have just started using the upgraded Palo Alto theme but the video doesn't upload - I have tried with Youtube links and Shopify file links, my video meets the Shopify criteria and didn't have a problem with it on the older version of Palo Alto. 

Any help much appreciated,
