I can not get my plan to go through, what’s is going on. I am signing up for the first time.

I'd love to help you with your billing concern. I suggest going through some local troubleshooting steps to ensure this isn't caused by any local issue. You can go through the steps below, then try to select a plan after each one to see if any of these resolve the problem.
