Why isn't my product CSV file export working correctly?

Hi

I am having trouble exporting my Shopify products CSV file. While 50 products are exported instantly, anything more than that is sent to the email. Usually this works, but recently I haven't been receiving the emails with the product export even though I get the message ' export sent to email'.

Is there a solution for this or any other way to quickly update selling price for all the products in the catalog?

Hi @Malabesiva, 
Whenever you try to export more than 50 products on your store then you get the message saying that 'email will be sent to you on username@domain.com' or something like this but if you go to your email and check the inbox you won't be seeing any email that's because Shopify takes time to process the request and send you the final updated CSV file. So I would suggest you to wait for some time after you have exported the CSV to be reflected it on your inbox. 
Additionally you can edit products ion bulk instantly by using Shopify Bulk editor tool.

Thank you for your reply however the price update option is not there in bulk editing. Also, its been days and the email hasn't come through. Is there any way to get fix this or check why email is not coming?

You can edit the prices of products in bulk. You can refer to the below screenshot where you can see that there is an option for bulk editing the prices.

I'm having a problem with exports too, more often than not, the email with the product extract will not be sent. I recon the export (over 50 items) works about 1 time in every 100 attempts. Product management for a platform called SHOPify is appalling, you can't use simple search terms such as IF x AND / OR, you can't even say is not this, you have a very small number of search terms. As for the bulk editor, it's not, you still have to do everything 1 by 1, you just see them all at the same time. The only thing you can do in bulk is add or remove tags. Which means you have to extract the data, but then you are back to the fact the extracts don't work...
