Why isn't my product variant quantity updating automatically?

Hello,

I'm finding that when selecting product variants on our webstore, the stock quantity does not change unless the page is refreshed. We're using Debut.

https://www.store104.co.uk/collections/baby/products/snugglyreplay?variant=31934013505605  as an example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this seems like something that should happen automatically rather than an extra app that I need to add to our plan???
