Why isn't my test webhook sending notifications anymore?

Hello,

For a while, when we create a new store, we configure a webhook in the admin, then we send a test notification and it works, then everything works fine.

Now the webhook works in live, but when we send a test notification, it doesn't work, we receive nothing on our server, even testing with https://webhook.site, nothing received. We tested in less than a month, and it worked, but now it's not. Can someone help please.
