Why isn't my URL redirect functioning properly?

hi, i am having problem with this URL redirection

www.quithero.com.au/pages/pharmacy-external going to quithub.com.au

not sure why its not working?  please help?

Hi @kevinlam88 

URL redirect works on 404 pages only.

You have a working /pages/pharmacy-external, so it is not getting redirected.

If you are do not need /pages/pharmacy-external, you need to delete the page to redirect it to home page.
