Why isn't our API key connecting to ChannelEngine?

Hi,

 

We are trying to connect our API key to ChannelEngine. We tried uploading the admin token and the secret key as our API password, but both do not work. We are trying to use the app Translated & Adapt for our stores.

 

Does anyone know why our API Key is not working and how we can fix this?
